End of Autumn 1 Term Statement
We have, as always, had a very busy half-term. The children have settled well into their new classes and have been working hard in their new year groups.
Our Harvest collection is looking lovely in the hall and we are going to be delivering it to our local food bank after half term. We would to thank you very much for all your donations.
It was nice to see so many parents at our recent ‘All About Me’ sessions. We hope you enjoyed learning about ’5 Ways To Wellbeing’.
Thank you to all our parents who attended our Parent Consultation evenings. We hope you enjoyed seeing your children’s work and found your meetings useful and informative.
We would like to draw your attention to our NEW ‘Thank You’ box which is located in the main reception. Nominations can be made for staff, parents and pupils and everyone nominated will receive a certificate. The nominations can be viewed in the ‘Thank You’ book which is located in the main reception.
Please check the news section of our school APP on a weekly basis for our ‘Golden Book’ nominations. Details of the nominations can be viewed in the ‘Golden Books’ for behaviour and reaching for branches/skills which are located in the main reception.
The children very much enjoyed participating in Black History Day, they had a wonderful time drumming, dancing and creating masks.
The Siblings Day session proved very popular with the children enjoying creative activities and snacks in the small hall with Mrs Martin.
All the staff and children are looking forward to the next half term. Please see our term dates on this newsletter for important information and any date changes.
